Diary Dates

Dear Ingham House family and friends,

Please find below the latest Ingham House programme - we would love you to join us at any of our events. The residents and staff so appreciate visitors, both young and old, with or without animals or babies, as your visits cheer us all.

Tea, coffee and soft drinks are always available with cake (usually homemade).

Should you have any suggestions or ideas, please let Pamela know. Our Manager Tess says there will be a very nice bottle of wine for our most frequent visitor.

Latest events are as follows;

Tuesday 21 August - 10.30am - Alfriston Court Café and Singalong.

Thursday 23 August - 2pm - ‘This Is Your Life’ presented by local speaker Derek Taylor.

Tuesday 28 August - 1.30pm - Harvest arts and crafts with our creative friend Hannah Nunn.

Monday 3 September - 12.30pm - Kings Inspire Lunch.

Wednesday 5 September - Arts and crafts fun with well-known local artist, John Lupton.

Thursday 20 September - 2pm - Parche return for our monthly church service.

Thursday 27 September - 2pm - Mr Magic returns to entertain us with more of his magic tricks.

Friday 28 September - 11am - Our Macmillan Coffee Morning event. Tea, coffee and cake with all the proceeds going to St Wilfrid’s Hospice. Cake contributions are very welcome and cake related competitions will be taking place!

Friday 5 October - 4pm - Our Harvest Celebration with cheese, wine and hot sausage rolls. We will be collecting donations of groceries and toiletries for Eastbourne Foodbank.

Friday 12 October - 11am - Singing sensation “Yesterday’s Duo” are performing for us.

Thursday 18 October - 2pm - Parche return for our monthly church service.

Friday 2 November - 4pm - Ingham House Fireworks Display with sausages/beans/jacket potatoes. All children are especially welcome.

Friday 9 November - 11am - We ask you to join us for our Remembrance Day Service led by Tess, our Manager. Sherry will be served afterwards.

Saturday 8 December - 2pm - Our Ingham Christmas Fair – An opportunity to buy Christmas cards, plants, gifts and decorations with all proceeds going to our Residents Fund.

Wednesday 12 December - 2pm - “Yesterday’s Duo” return with some Christmas melodies.

Thursday 20 December - 2pm - Our Christmas Magic Show with tricks from our friend Mr Magic.

Saturday 22 December - 2pm - It’s Panto Time! - Lots of fun to be had at the matinee performance of Cinderella.
